Herb Lester Associates - Rosebud Motel: Fictional Hotel Notepad Set

We polled our customers asking which fictional souvenir they most wanted to see. The resounding winners are now available: the Rosebud Motel from the Netflix comedy Schitt’s Creek and Bates Motel from Psycho. These hotels are out of reach to all, no matter their wealth. They exist only in the imaginations of their creators, and now in these paper pads.
